Buffalo’s Raymond T. Clark Allegedly Engaged in Excessive and Unauthorized Trading Re: Customers’ Accounts

In addition, Raymond T. Clark reportedly also used an unauthorized e-mail address while communicating with customers, the FINRA Department of Enforcement also alleges.

Raymond T. Clark was previously suspended by FINRA for two months in 2012 for using an unauthorized e-mail address when communicating with customers, and was also previously fined $5,000 for this conduct in 2012, FINRA notes.

Raymond T. Clark Recently Barred by FINRA

Raymond T. Clark, a registered representative and financial advisor with Dynasty Capital Partners from August 2010 to August 2014, had been under investigation by FINRA pertaining to allegations that he allegedly excessively traded or churned a customer’s account, that he made unauthorized trades in customers’ accounts, and that he exercised discretion in a customer account without permission, according to a Complaint from the FINRA Department of Enforcement.

In lieu of the aforementioned alleged malfeasance, the FINRA Department of Enforcement alleges that Raymond T. Clark failed to appear and provide investigative testimony on three occasions, in violation of FINRA Rules.
