Cleveland Investor Protection Lawyers Join Forces to Represent KGTA Investors

Ponzi scheme attorneysFollowing the SEC lawsuit against KGTA Petroleum and its alleged founders, Thomas Abraham (Abdallah) and Kenneth Grant, and promoters Jeffrey Gainer and Jerry Cicolani, Cleveland investor protection lawyers from the law firms of Peiffer Rosca and Hermann Cahn and Schneider have joined forces to seek compensation for KGTA investors.
Cleveland attorneys Alan Rosca of the Peiffer Rosca law firm and Hugh Berkson of the Herman Cahn and Schneider law firm have been investigating the KGTA alleged fraud and its alleged perpetrators and promoters and are preparing to take action on behalf of KGTA investors.

The two Cleveland lawyers have helped recover lost savings for investors across the country who were victimized by fraudulent investment schemes.

Tom Abraham and Ken Grant were charged with organizing a fraudulent, Ponzi scheme through KGTA Petroleum. Two Great Cleveland area investment professionals, Jeff Gainer and Jerry Cicolani, were charged with recruiting investors to the KGTA Petroleum fraud. The two stockbrokers helped raise nearly $20 million from investors in KGTA, according to the SEC charges.

“We will continue to go after those securities industry members that disregard their duties to protect the investing public from fraud, and promote fraudulent investment products to their customers,” said attorney Alan Rosca.

Most of the investors’ money is believed to be gone.

When a Ponzi scheme collapses, there is typically very little money left within the scheme to repay investors. Attorneys Rosca and Berkson are seeking to obtain compensation for investors in addition to whatever restitution will be available to the scheme itself.
Attorneys Rosca and Berkson are investigating certain financial institutions they believe may have failed in their duties to prevent the promotion of the alleged KGTA fraud.

The Peiffer Rosca lawyers take most cases of this type on a contingency fee basis and advance the case costs, and only get paid for fees and costs out of money they recover for their clients.

KGTA investors may contact the investment fraud lawyers at the Peiffer Rosca or Herman Cahn and Schneider law firms, Alan Rosca or Hugh Berkson for a free, no-obligation evaluation of their recovery options, at 888-998-0520 or via email at arosca@praclawfirm.com (for Alan Rosca) or hberkson@hcsattys.com (for Hugh Berkson).
