Former LPL Financial broker, Julius Franklin Kenney, was permanently barred from the securities industry on June 12, 2015, after he refused to appear for testimony in connection to an investigation relating to an LPL customer’s complaint regarding his investment in Kenney’s undisclosed outside business activity, according to the AWC.

Kenney, who was registered with LPL Financial from 2013 to 2015 in Calhoun, Georgia, was reportedly terminated from LPL Financial on May 22, 2015, the AWC notes.
