Paul C. Larsen Sued Over Several Questionable Investments

Larsen, formerly of VSR Financial Services of Overland Park, Kansas, has been sued several times for selling non-traded REITs, oil and gas investments, and Tenant-in-Common (TIC) investments, according to FINRA documents and published sources. Larsen, who, according to FINRA, has accumulated 15 grievances in just 4 years, was allegedly terminated by VSR Financial Services after a customer complained that Larsen had “illegally” converted funds from a TIC investment.

Paul C. Larsen Presented Opportunities Including Yokam Ranch, Camenisch Fann, and Property Related to CW Capital

Larsen, who was allegedly banned from the industry in 2011 after refusing to cooperate with regulators who were investigating his activities, presented clients with three opportunities including the Yokam Ranch, the Camenisch Fann, and property acquired or to be acquired by an entity called CW Capital, a FINRA Dispute Resolution alleges. One claimant alleged that, in exchange for his investment, Larsen provided him with a Mortgage Participation Agreement without a sufficient explanation, or how it related to his investment. Larsen did not admit to the allegations.
